Whale watching on the Monterey Bay is a year-round adventure.
Our active whale watching cruises from Moss Landing are a relaxing way to explore Monterey Bay's whales and dolphins. Learn from our naturalists aboard the perfect vessel for intimate whale encounters – the stout, able and sea-kindly Sanctuary! Sanctuary is a 43-foot Delta Marine twin-engine vessel and is the only sustainable charter boat on the Monterey Bay. She has a comfortable cabin with upholstered seating as well as outside seating both covered and uncovered, and our guest count is set by each day's conditions. Our boat deck is close enough to the water's surface for you to really feel a connection with the marine life!
